Flexible Formats

Each workshop can be adapted to different audiences, whether for company events, themed nights at a bar or café, group sessions for women's circles, or personalized one-on-one experiences. They can also be tailored for universities or educational institutions to help students build self-esteem and navigate healthy relationships, or as part of a retreat. 

1. Embracing Self-Worth: Breaking Free from Limiting Beliefs

This workshop helps you identify and overcome the societal pressures that impact self-esteem and body image, whether it’s balancing career and family, conforming to beauty standards, or navigating physical changes like menopause. You’ll leave with tools to cultivate a healthier self-image and the confidence to challenge limiting beliefs.
 

  • Activities Include: Group discussions, storytelling and guided exercises to recognize and shift limiting beliefs. Techniques such as visualization, affirmations, and journaling help reinforce positive self-perception.

2. Sensuality Unplugged: Reconnecting with Your Body and Desire

It’s easy to lose touch with your body and desires when life gets busy. This workshop guides you through practices that help you reconnect with your sensual body and desire, no matter where you are in life—whether you’re navigating career demands, motherhood, menopause, or changing relationships.
 

  • Activities Include: Sensory experiences, mindful touch practices, self-expression exercises, body awareness practices and journaling prompts focused on desire and pleasure. 

3. Navigating Intimacy in Modern Relationships

Intimacy evolves as we grow, and so do the challenges. Whether you’re dating in the digital age, maintaining connection in a long-term relationship, or finding intimacy after a life change, this workshop provides insights into deepening your relationships by understanding attachment styles and mastering communication techniques.

  • Activities Include: Small group role-play scenarios for practicing communication techniques, Q&A sessions, and guided reflections on past relationship dynamics. Learn conflict resolution tools to create a deeper sense of closeness.

4. Unmasking Female Sexuality

Empower yourself with knowledge and embrace your desires. Female sexuality is often surrounded by misconceptions and cultural taboos. This workshop aims to demystify female desire, providing a safe space to discuss fantasies, sexual identity, and break free from myths that hold us back.

  • Activities Include: An interactive myth-busting quiz, fantasy exploration exercises (like writing prompts), and open sharing sessions. Guided discussions on sexual health to normalize aspects of sexuality.

5. Rediscovering Sensuality Post-Motherhood

The transition into motherhood brings significant changes to your body, mind, and sense of self. This workshop offers a supportive environment where you can connect with other women and explore ways to embrace your new body, creating personal time for self-care, and reigniting your sensuality.

  • Activities Include: Story circles for sharing experiences, body-positive movement exercises, and guided meditations to reconnect with your body. Practical self-care techniques fit into even the busiest of schedules.

6. Celebrating the Female Body

From pregnancy to menopause, our bodies go through many changes. This workshop empowers women to embrace body positivity by focusing on self-love practices.

  • Activities Include: Guided self-love practices such as mirror work and affirmations. Create body-positive vision boards to inspire daily self-love, lingerie styling demonstrations.

7. Unlocking Desire: Understanding Libido and Sexual Energy

Libido naturally fluctuates throughout life due to various factors such as stress, hormonal changes, health conditions, and emotional well-being. By understanding what influences sexual desire and learning techniques to harness sexual energy, women can cultivate a more fulfilling and balanced approach to sexuality.

  • Activities: Partner and solo exercises to discover erogenous zones, guided breathwork practices for awakening sexual energy, and group discussions to debunk common myths about libido. Techniques for stimulating desire through mental and physical practices will be explored.

8. Using Fantasy to Enhance Intimacy

Fantasies are a natural part of human sexuality and can play a significant role in intimacy and satisfaction in relationships. However, many women may feel uncomfortable or unsure about how to share or explore fantasies with their partners. This workshop creates a safe space for participants to understand the role of fantasy in sexual health and discover how to use imagination as a tool for communication, pleasure, and deepening emotional bonds.

  • Activities: Fantasy-writing exercises to explore personal desires, discussions on common fantasies and their meanings, and creative role-playing scenarios to practice communicating fantasies in a safe environment. Techniques for overcoming barriers to sharing fantasies with partners will also be included.
